My favorite thing about working at C-Road is the chance to serve with a team of staff and lay people who are fired up about the mission of God.

My favorite thing about working at Centennial Road Church: Opportunity to build (relationships, skills, knowledge, people, systems) for God’s Kingdom.

My family includes: My gorgeous wife Heather and beautiful daughter Emma Beth, greats sets of parents, grandparents, cousins, brothers and sisters, nephews, and a niece.

My favorite thing about working at Centennial Road Church: The various teams and people I get to work alongside.

My most interesting experience: Working at a summer camp on an island all to itself and only accessible by boats. Between the weather, boats, horses, and such I had a few interesting summers and a lot of stories!

My favorite thing about working at Centennial Road Church: Working in an environment filled with like minded people whose focus is serving our Lord with all of their hearts, minds, and strength.

My most interesting experience: The excursion my family and I took in Puerto Rico deep into the rain forest. The group took the wrong hiking trail and we ended up seeing some amazing sights. The twenty minute hike turned out to be an 1 ½ hours trek to the top of the mountain and took on the feel of a reality TV show. It is something that I will never forget, and can now even laugh about!

My family includes: My amazing husband Brian, and our children Chelsea and Jacob.

My iPod favorites: Hillsong, Chris Tomlin, WOW worship compilations.

My hobbies: Reading.

Name: Herman Bax       Position: Property Manager

My favorite thing about working at Centennial Road Church: Working with the Staff, trying to keep this building looking the best that it can be and hopefully shining my faith through the work that I do.

My most interesting experience: Many years ago I was climbing a tree with my friends. We were up very high (30 - 40 feet).  The branch I was on broke and down I came. I never hit or scraped on a branch on the way down. I landed on the ground as if I landed on a pillow, not a mark, not even a bruise. I believe there was a Angel there protecting me. God had/has a plan for me.

My family includes: My wife Christine, oldest daughter Rebecca and youngest daughter Nicole.

My iPod favorites: No particular favorites, I down loaded a variety of music to my Blackberry to listen to while I clean - Carmen, Michael W. Smith, Point of Grace Etc.

My hobbies: I love to Hunt and fish. There is no better place then to be outside enjoying the world God has created, the sunrise, the crisp fresh air, the peace and serenity sitting amongst the trees, and if he gives me a opportunity to enjoy (harvest) some bounty for my table, that is even better.
